Vivienne is a professional artist who specialises in pencil drawings ~ her curiosity leading her to explore the world through this medium.

A trained Research Scientist with many years working in the public and private sectors, Vivienne was inspired to draw again by the Mawbray Art Group. She lives on the Solway Plain in north-west Cumbria in a peaceful rural hamlet near the sea and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

She exhibits regularly and undertakes many commissions including pet portraits, wildlife, portraits and landscapes as well as producing a variety of prints, originals and pencil artwork gifts for sale. Vivienne also gives talks, drawing classes and workshops.

Vivienne is sponsored by the Cumberland Pencil Company in Keswick, is a founder member The Fountain Gallery co-operative group of artists in Wigton, member of Blue Tarn artists, Crafts of the North, and Carlisle & Border Art Society.
